The SA6101 series of electrical analysis systems can accurately initiate voltage or current and simultaneously measure voltage and/or current. It combines the functions of a single power supply, digital multimeter (DMM), current source, and electronic load into a tightly synchronized workbench instrument. It provides higher accuracy, resolution and flexibility, and is ideal for materials research, semiconductor device analysis (sensors, transistors, diodes, power semiconductors, leds, etc.), electronic circuit measurement and other applications.
The SA6101 series electrical analysis system has unique advantages in the measurement of MOSFETs, BJTS, gas sensors, light detectors, solar cells, MEMS devices, etc.
