
On August 18-20, 2023, the Seminar on Advanced Materials and Smart Sensors will be held in Beijing. The forum was hosted by the Advanced Materials and Devices Innovation Platform and co-organized by University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Southeast University and Southern University of Science and Technology. The forum focused on new technologies, new achievements and new breakthroughs in the "frontier fields of advanced materials" to carry out academic exchanges, and invited experts to make special reports, covering advanced materials technology and application, development trends and other content.
At the meeting, Minister Xu of Zhongju High-tech shared the report "Introduction to Multi-field flexible sensor Test solutions and typical applications", which focused on the laboratory calibration test of flexible sensors to provide multi-field environmental test solutions, flexible sensor testing should meet the actual needs of rapid response, multi-force control and detection, complex environment simulation and other aspects. Aiming at the need of fast response, the highly integrated scheme of motion control, mechanical control and electrical testing system is adopted to solve the problem of power-electric synchronous testing. To meet the needs of multi-force sensing, we provide multi-mode sensor test solutions for pressure, strain, shear, folding, etc. For complex environmental control or anti-environmental interference ability testing, solutions for specific application scenarios are proposed, including temperature, gas, humidity, light and other multi-field fusion solutions, such as simulated exhaled gas flexible sensor test, which can provide high humidity control, 34℃ temperature conditions, a certain pressure and exhalation frequency, interference gas simulation.
In addition, the application of the flexible sensor in the intelligent cockpit and its standardized test is introduced. The flexible sensor can be integrated into the hand of the bionic robot to evaluate the response time and recognition rate of the touch screen in the cockpit, and can also be integrated into the seat cushion and direction disk to collect the information of the driver's driving behavior and attention state.
Zhongju High-tech, with its own products and solutions such as in-situ cooling and hot platform, gas and humidity sensitive test system, presented at Booth No. 16 of Beijing Heyuan Jingyi Hotel, and conducted academic discussions with experts and scholars around the development ideas and directions of advanced materials.
