From May 20 to 22, 2023, Beijing Zhongju High-tech Technology Co., LTD. Mr. Xu, Marketing Director of Zhongju High-tech, shared the report "Introduction to the Potential application and calibration Test of flexible sensors in the intelligent cockpit", which introduced the potential application of flexible sensors in the cockpit: If the flexible sensor is integrated into the smart seat, steering wheel and wearable device, it can be used for driver monitoring and driving status information collection, providing accurate data sources for the driver fatigue driving status monitoring system. The flexible sensor is integrated into the bionic robot and can be used for objective evaluation of the intelligent cockpit. It includes multi-modal human-computer interaction, multi-driver attention detection, fatigue driving state evaluation and so on.
The testing of flexible sensors can provide electrical performance testing, mechanical performance calibration, power-electric synchronous testing, multi-field environmental simulation, in-situ testing, etc. For multi-field environmental simulation, taking human exhaled gas simulation as a typical case, the real working conditions of simulated human exhaled gas are introduced. It is necessary to control several parameters such as interfering gas, expiratory humidity, expiratory temperature and expiratory pressure frequency.
