2024 2nd Conference on Nanomaterials and Technology
From August 16 to 18, 2024, the 2nd 2nd Conference on Nanomaterials and Technology was held in Urumqi, Xinjiang, hosted by Xinjiang University and Xinjiang Normal University. The conference focused on the four major themes of advanced nanomaterials, nanomaterial applications, biological/ecological nanomaterials, artificial intelligence and nanomaterials, gathered a variety of advantageous resources, and studied and analyzed the current development status and trend of nanomaterials and technologies.
Minister Xu of the Scientific Research Instrument Department of Beijing Sino Aggtech Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "Sino Aggtech") attended the meeting and shared the report "Human Exhaled Gas Simulation and Detection" at the Nanomaterials and Technology Conference, introducing Sino Aggtech to provide a systematic solution for human exhaled gas simulation and detection technology.
1) Introduce typical applications of exhaled air detection:
Alcohol lock evaluation: It is mainly to detect the alcohol content in the exhaled air, and determine that the vehicle cannot be started if it is drunk driving or drunk driving.
Disease testing: Specific components of exhaled air are used to diagnose diseases, such as certain volatile organic compounds (VOCs) associated with specific diseases.
2) Introduce the human exhaled gas simulation technology, mainly in the aspects of conventional mixed gas distribution, VOC gas distribution, temperature and humidity simulation and artificial lung simulation
Confounding gases: Simulates the various gas components that may be included in the exhaled breath of the human body.
Temperature and humidity simulation: these parameters have an important impact on the detection and analysis of gases, and the simulation needs to be precisely controlled, referring to the relevant standards of the alcohol detector, the humidity of the exhaled air of the human body ≥ 90%RH, and the temperature: 34°C.
Artificial lung simulation: Simulates lung function and accurately reproduces the pressure, frequency, and duration of exhaled air in the human body for a more realistic simulation of exhaled air.
3) Introduce the sensor detection technology for scientific exhaled air:
Multifunctional testing system for sensitive materials: used to study materials that are sensitive to specific marker gases, allowing researchers to improve the sensitivity and selectivity of detection based on material modification.
Commercial sensor test systems: mainly ceramic tube, planar and MEMS and sensor array testing, allowing researchers to screen devices, do algorithm integration, and develop electronic noses to identify mixed atmospheres.
New flexible devices: Integrating mechanical property testing into the test equipment of gas sensors for the study of deformable flexible materials and devices, and the development of sensors for wearable devices.
In-situ testing solution: Combines DRIFT spectroscopy, GS-MS, exhaled gas simulation, and sensor detection technology to provide a solution that supports sensor environment simulation and in-situ characterization.
