Recently, the Micro-Nano Device and System Innovation Forum sponsored by the Chinese Society of Micro and Nano Technology, jointly organized by the School of Instrument Science and Technology of Xi'an Jiaotong University, and the National Key Laboratory of Precision Micro-Nano Manufacturing Technology was held in Xi'an.
The forum aims at international science and technology to achieve the goal of multi-structure and system integration of micro-nano devices, with the theme focusing on topics such as "micro-nano sensors and systems, micro-nano optoelectronic devices and systems, micro-nano acoustic devices and systems, micro-nano fluidic devices and biological micro-electromechanical systems, micro-nano flexible devices and systems, micro-nano actuators and micro-nano robots, micro-nano energy and intelligent systems", and at the same time invites more than 100 high-level talents, experts and scholars in the field of micro-nano devices and related technologies at home and abroad to participate in the discussion on the development and innovation achievements in the field of micro-nano materials.
Minister Xu of the Scientific Research Instrument Department of Beijing Sino Aggtech Co., Ltd(hereinafter referred to as "Sino Aggtech") attended the meeting and made a report entitled "Flexible Sensor Test Solution" at the micro-nano sensor and system sub-forum, introducing the solutions of flexible environmental perception sensors and flexible multi-directional perception sensors. Minister Xu mentioned that for the research of flexible environmental perception sensors, Sinopoly Hi-Tech has developed a test system that can measure stress and strain, controllable environment (temperature, humidity, gas, light, etc.) and synchronous analysis of electrical signals, and the system can also be used with spectrometers and microscopes to construct an in-situ test system with controllable temperature, humidity, gas, light, displacement, load, and synchronous analysis of electricity and spectroscopy or microscope. In particular, for the control of atmosphere and humidity, Minister Xu also focused on the scheme of exhaled air simulation. For the research of multi-directional force perception sensors, Minister Xu mentioned that Sinopoly Hi-Tech integrates mechanical motion (supporting triangular wave, T-wave, positive wave and other modes), mechanical monitoring (supporting the combination of tensile, compressive and torsional forces), electrical measurement (supporting current, voltage, resistance analysis, and supporting the expansion of more instruments) with array testing (60-channel conventional devices or 30*30 determinant devices), supports program control and electro-electric synchronization testing, and solves the problem that customers' self-built equipment usually requires multiple instruments and cannot be accurately synchronized and controlled.
Sino Aggtech will display FE-SDT environmental controllable flexible electronic in-situ tester and technology, enhance academic exchanges with the majority of micro-nano material technology workers, and will provide a variety of products and solutions according to customer needs. The forum brings new opportunities for micro-nano materials, strengthens the cross-integration of multi-disciplinary, multi-field and multi-industry, and the exchange and cooperation of talents, and builds an innovative platform for academic exchanges and integration of industry and education for the development of micro-nano devices and related technologies.
