On the morning of July 27, 2022, at the invitation of Xu Gang, a researcher at the Fujian Institute of Material Structure of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, Xu, the marketing director and application engineer of the scientific research Instrument Department of Beijing Zhongju High-tech Technology Co., LTD., made a report entitled "Introduction of Automotive intelligent gas Sensors and related detection Technologies" at the structure Institute. Minister Xu first introduced the market situation of gas sensors, favorable policies, the status quo and future development trend of domestic sensors; Then, the new hot applications of gas sensor in automotive electronics are introduced, with emphasis on its applications in intelligent cockpit air quality monitoring and alcohol lock. Finally, the sample preparation and testing methods of commercial sensors are shared. During the reporting process, Minister Xu introduced the key technical issues related to environmental simulation and active purification of automotive intelligent cabin air conditioning quality control, and gave relevant solutions in combination with the company's technical accumulation, such as: providing multi-channel gas mixing, cockpit structure simulation, simulation of real application scenarios (such as atmosphere humidity control), sensor array testing. In view of the new application of alcohol lock, Minister Xu introduced the current situation at home and abroad, stressed that Europe and the United States have issued relevant policies, and the domestic is vigorously promoting the improvement of regulations and standards, alcohol lock is expected to enter the strong inspection in the future, is a huge market demand project, Zhongju High-tech has been following up, and with the company's rich experience in solving respiratory gas simulation evaluation. Efforts are also being made to recommend relevant progress.

Xu Gang, researcher, doctoral supervisor and project leader of Fujian Institute of Material Structure, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He graduated from the Institute of Materials Construction in 2008. Subsequently, he was awarded the JSPS Scholarship in Japan and the Humboldt Scholarship in Germany to conduct postdoctoral research in Kyoto University in Japan and the University of Regensburg in Germany. In 2013, the talent of "100 People Plan" was introduced back to Fujian Structure Institute to work, mainly engaged in the research of conductive coordination polymer materials, which has been published Angew Chem. Int. Ed., Adv. Mater., J. Am. Chem. Soc. He cited more than 3000 times in more than 70 SCI papers, with a single paper cited up to 240 times, 4 highly cited papers and 2 hot papers selected by ESI TOP 1%. At present, as the project leader, he has undertaken projects of National Outstanding Youth Science Foundation, National Natural Science Foundation, frontier key research projects of Chinese Academy of Sciences, etc. He has won the Fujian Province Youth Top Talent, Fujian Yunsheng Youth Science and Technology Award, Fuzhou Youth Science and Technology Award and other awards.
Minister Xu, born in 1987, graduated from Beijing University of Chemical Technology with a master's degree. As Marketing Director and application engineer of scientific research Instrument Marketing Department, he has been engaged in research in the field of sensor detection and analysis for nearly ten years. He has presided over the research and development of four series of more than ten products, such as intelligent gas humidity sensor test system, humidity controllable gas liquid distribution system, environmental controllable flexible electronic test system, and ultimate environment in place cold and hot platform, which has served nearly 1,000 universities, scientific research institutes, aerospace and military units in China. Relying on the technical accumulation in the preparation of ultra-low concentration atmosphere, complex environment simulation, electrical test system integration and other aspects, he presided over several customized military projects, such as the health detection of underwater personnel in the submarine cabin of a Chinese army, the optimization research of liquid space propellant of an aerospace unit, and the fire disaster detection project of a military Academy unit.
